GREETINGS!

 Whispering Trails is comprised of over 100 acres including three (3) lakes, all nestled in the natural pine trees, situated in northern Palm Beach County, Florida.  Our development (HOA) was started in the late eighties featuring custom homes that blended into the natural landscape of the area.  All 181 homes are unique adding to the style and characteristics of our area. The day-to-day management of our  Homeowners Association is handled through our volunteer board, made up of no more than nine members.  

HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION  

The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve a two-year term.

HOA annual dues cover a variety of expenses, including maintenance of common area land and lakes, liability insurance, cable & internet service, accounting and legal, website, and social events. 

We also work to encourage harmonious partnership between our homeowners. Getting involved in our HOA is a great way to make friends and influence the policies and regulations that we all live by.
